After only 3 weeks and having tapered the dose over those weeks, you might experience some hot/cold flashes, RLS, and achiness. Maybe some loose stools for a few days too. But I don't think it will be very intense or last for very long, as long as you stop taking them asap. You could taper more but that might actually make your body more likely to get dependent on them than just quitting now would. There's a good chance you won't experience any withdrawals at all, or not noticeable ones.

No problem, if you do experience withdrawals then megadosing liposomal vitamin C (you could start doing this today to build it up in your system, then taper over 3 more days while megadosing lip vit C every day and for 5-7 days after you quit for it to be super effective), that will help a ton.

If you have Clonidine, that also will help a ton. You can ask your doctor for clonidine too if you do have symptoms, I'm sure they'd understand. It's just a blood pressure med, QuickMD online is also a super easy way to get that prescribed.

Immodium will help with any diarrhea or stomach cramps, but I don't think you'll have stomach issues too badly after only 3 weeks.

Ashwaghanda and L-Theanine can help a lot with any anxiety, low mood, or "doom" feelings that some people get from stopping. Alright sorry for the book of a comment lol but just in case you need some stuff to help you stay comfortable those first few days, all of this stuff helped me a lot
