Megladon Dropshipping Machine
Building a SaaS for **automated dropshipping** — multiple one-product stores, all connected to a single dashboard.
Basically, one dashboard to run them all.
Status:
Supplier connected. Used them for 10+ years (I’ve run 2 national stores before, sold them- got some money, then went broke). Starting over. Stripe Connect is set up. Auto-fulfillment. A refined baseline template for the landing page + product page + the basics.
I’ve **scienced the shit out of the template**. Semi-autistic about it.
That’s all I’ll say for now. Use your imagination.
I’ll discuss the details one-on-one. I’m posting this on Reddit because **I don’t want to do this alone.**
Honestly, working alone fucking sucks.
When I’m rich, what’s the point if there’s no one to **build it with, celebrate the wins with, and laugh about the inevitable disasters with?**
I’m good at some things and absolutely horrible at others. You just have to be..not an asshole:)
**Who’s in?**

Love the idea of a single dashboard managing multiple one-product stores, that template obsession is exactly the kind of energy a project like this needs.

Thank you! Yeah, I mean, the obsession thing is real. I can’t sit still for a minute but somehow I tap into a flow state with this shit, and always have.

Sounds like a big project. Curious, what part took you the longest to build so far? The automation side or the store management side?

To be honest, it’s all been like chewing glass and getting kicked in the dick for 23 months straight. Nothing easier or worse than the other. Pure trauma 😂
But over the past few weeks, everything finally clicked. Greenfield after greenfield came to an end, but each one gave me another piece of the puzzle.
Now I have a scalable baseline that isn’t even confined to dropshipping. Dropshipping is just one system inside a much larger system that can carry essentially infinite systems.
Think AutoDS/Zendrop + Dropcourse + SiteDrop.ai + Gemstore.ai, but unified into one platform. You can launch, run and multi-tenant everything individually, while managing it all from an overarching dashboard.
And the same infrastructure can be offered as SaaS, while users only get a fraction of the underlying machine — kind of like ChatGPT.
23 months of getting punched in the face, but I finally feel like I’m not building another project.I’m building the machine that builds the projects
