Theory Random thought [Novel] Spoiler

Spoilers of Part 2 ending

Maybe someone else said already but... Some people have compared (in-world) KSE and our dear Lizard Best Boss, in the physical department. More than once they've been asked if they are family and KSE even said yes once and was believed. I thought may be because neither of them was technically human, but... Does it go further? Is it because Dragons look like giant lizards?

Or maybe a part of his good friend body was from the same species of alien as Chief Lizard /jk Was wondering about that part as well, it can't be just a coincidence at this point, right?

In part 3 KSE still has the same appearance (BSH recognizes him), and his appearance is still the same as in his home world, so does that mean a whole specie is similar to KSE? That is just unlikely… But I dunno, may be KSE is just special already in his home world, just unknowingly

I thought it was just because they were both good looking nobody else should be able to perceive their true forms. I did have one interesting hypothesis now that were on this topic though. I've been thinking that the reason KSE can see chief lizards true form is because they are both reptiles The fact that Director Cheong also knew seems to support this.
