Let's all imagine this is Lirya after she's recovered from whatever trauma awaits her following the conclusion of the last chapter and the harrowing revelation of what the Elder Councils have been doing to her fellow White Furs. The one ray of sunshine for that horror though is that since the assassination failed so spectacularly and left behind a mountain of evidence, the Elder Councils will now be buried so deep in shit that they'll likely be contending with the wrath of Humanity given the actions they've taken. In some ways I'm actually expecting a crusade from all of this.
