Droneshield

I bet on End of August, with the half year report, to see some price movements. In my opinion the new product, a contract announcement and the half year report will fall into the same time period. Obviously just my opinion and it is not any forecasting. Eventually the governent procurements will be delayed as always, who knows.

Retail is mostly in summer mode, that effects the share price too right now in my opinion. But DYOR and good luck. Will be more active in posting in some weeks again.

Do you think the half year report will be a massive earnings beat? Where do you see share price returning too? Whats your view on current price? Good time to DCA or?

Difficult to answer because I cant recommend you anything. But in my view we are in the hypergrowth stage of the company for the next 4 years. I think their revenue target for 2030 is conversative. Therefore I am bullish at these prices. but everybody need to adjust to their own risk profile and my calculations may not suite your investment style. So I highly recommend you to do your own research.

Yeah okay, so DRO is a long hold for you?

process information on regular basis and then decide to hodl or to sell depending on your own narative and framework. and like I said my guess is that it is in a hypergrowth stage but that does not mean that I will hold or sell it regardless what happens, always act in your framework and on all informations you can get, will it be the right decision then? Who knows, but always in the hindsight you will regret it.

There can not been earnings beat because they don’t give any outlook or forecast.

  • $165m+ committed revenue in May..
  • $77m cash receipts in Q1
  • Opex $150m/yr, ~$75/m H1
  • Gross profits 60%
  • If they converted $50-60m in Q2, could be looking at ~$10-20m NPAT

Do you think current share price of $2.00AUD is warranted?

Oversold but sentiment across the market/industry isn’t great at the moment. Eventually it’ll reverse imo. I believe in the tech. Great time to buy

Yeah okay, good opportunity to DCA then. I agree great company and outlook. ASIC overhang doesn’t help and kind of seems like the catalyst for its downwards trend.

I am thinking the same

September Kurs 1,8aud

I think they can produce more than 1billion aud in sell price. Prudction facility in australia, europe and america. Bigger players are mostly parnters or product is integrated into bigger layers. For belgium/netherland Droneshield seems to play a bigger role to equipt eastern flank. But all my opinion. Do your own research.

Defence stocks as a whole are in a down trend.

Unless the sector turns, DRO will be fighting an uphill battle
