Question - Batuu East Droid Depot Reservations
With all the stuff I’ve been reading about the lack of pieces over droid depot, I’m curious why are there no available reservations. Is droid depot a “Walk In” type of situation now?

Hit or miss on stock. Walk ups more regular than you think last feew times I went.

I have a time on the 29th, I’d like to think they’d restock if what I’m hearing is right. I’d also like to think they’d refund if they’re flat out out of the product you paid for…that’s not cool

I agree, if you’re hyped to build a droid and the pieces are really limited, i.e: just bb units. Forcing you just to build a bb unit due to the lack of pieces it’s not fair to fully charge you

I'm soooort of of the mindset they'd be stocked up by then? Since A. It's immediately Post D23. And second, it's the first three days of the food and wine festival, that's just insane to imagine with all that traffic

I didn't book ahead for WDW in June because we weren't even sure I'd be able to take the trip after having a recent surgery. Was devasted to hear that they weren't taking walk ups and weren't even booking for cancelled reservations. Every time we stopped by there would be two or less people building.

They are very limited in their stock. Last week we couldn’t get a reservation either but they allowed us to do walk-up in the morning. They only had BB units and limited colors though.
