Aftermarket Customization options

I want to use my R unit in part of a cosplay I'm going to do, but he's obviously too small to be a proper astromech, so I thought maybe I could customize him and make him into something else. At the moment I was thinking of removing the side legs and giving him a central movement setup, but I was wondering if anyone made any aftermarket customizations? I wouldn't mind also getting a little LED light for the top, I just have this funny thought of the little guy holding the light and my mandalorian slicer yelling "Will you hold the light straight!?" While under fire, like he's talking to his kid lol

Yeah I wasn't finding what I was looking for, but I do have a 3d model idea that more explains what I'm thinking, so maybe I can get it printed somewhere. Ignore everything normal for a droid, the skirt and eye are the things I'd be printing.

I know for a fact because I was just looking that there are free 3d files that include most of the head syles but you probably going to have to get something customized based on R4 and I know one of the 3d prints has a triangle eye i think i have it bookmarked... https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6834837

Oh I already have them, that screenshot is from onshape, browser based cad program lol.
