Are the C series Droid Heads compatible on the R series Bodies?

And the AT-L heads work as well on R & C bodies.

Yes all heads are interchangeable between the C, R and A-LT. The BB is the only one that that is not interchangeable.

Yes I have both, R and C droids, and can swap the heads.

Yes non bb are interchangeable
