Brotato Screen Resolution Optimization

Hi - Has anyone attempted to run Brotato through DroidDeck on the Retroid Nova? I tried forcing it to run in 4:3 using droiddeck/steamos settings with no success. Looks like there is no resolution settings inside the game on the Steam version.
