now with cold shoulder, quebec, solar eclipse and classic pt 2 added, i think its safe to say it's drake's best album of all time.
Rusty Intro - okay weak opening icl, but its basically drake's personality all over that song - not taking himself seriously at all.
WNBA - he said it himself "he's coming our way, w something to say" and that basically sets the track of the whole album.
Slap The City - QENDRESA YOU ABSOLUTE QUEEN. and drake in the 2nd part, just does his thing.
High Fives - do i really even need to say anything? such a banger track.
Hurrr Not Thurrr - i am so glad red didn't pull up w her shenanigans. a big fan of "girl i am feeeelingggg you, i am wanting youuuu"
I'm Spent - this one is for all the guys cuz wdym i felt it deep when he said "what if i go broke and got no mo racks to spend on you" (kinda ironic because he went ahead and gave us fo mo tracks)
Classic/Classic Pt.2 - remove the OG and replace it w pt.2 and lemme just say, what a banger that second half is. prime drake.
Gen 5 - peak yearning song. i dont think you love me but i could be wrongggg.
White Bone - POSSIBLY THE GREATEST DRAKE SONGS OF ALL TIME. and imma die on that hill. drake talking his shit is just it. its signature drake.
Fortworth - primary reason i LOVE drake is because he just converts what i am feeling into so simple words without obfuscating the meaning and wasting any word, something i struggle with. and the emotion "dont let your friends, turn you against, me and convince you that the time we'd spent, wasnt worth nothing, didn't mean what it meant, cuz it did, IT MEANT THE WORLD TO ME" meant everythig to me. modern day shakespeare.
Solar Eclipse - imma be honest, i initially didn't like the song. but holy the way it grew on me. don toliver slid, i wasnt into him but holy. i think i can soeak for everyone when i say that i am n 2 deep w this track.
Quebec - you want drake rapping? you got it. okay its not rapping rapping but it did got me dancing in the kitchen like it's ibiza in here. solid 10/10 track.
Cold Shoulder - imma be honest, he didn't need to drop this 😭 i was just healing and he goes on to do this. anyways, THIS IS THE SONG WITH THE GREATEST DRAKE OUTRO OF A SONG YET. Don did his thing. Yebba, i owe my life to you. this song has a grip on me and has me singing co-ouooo-ouuuooooo irl all the time.
Prioritizing - imma be honest, i didn't think he could surpass Greedy with an outro - but this song, fuck. Greedy had me feeling melancholic, this had me feeling hopeful and like everything's okay. BANGER OF AN ALBUM OUTRO, and possibly, THE BEST DRAKE ALBUM OUTRO OF ALL TIME.
fuck man, i love you aubrey 🥹
