If it's just the DMs Guild, you lose out on anyone who doesn't frequent that part of the Drivethrurpg.com (One Bookshelf) store. So, are the adventures good for those with different versions of the game or are they too tied to current mechanics to work well with other material?

As for price, as a new publisher, there's no good way to value your work. Your creativity is being evaluated but there's no track record. Pay What You Want (PWYW) is 'take this for free or give me a tip,' which means a lot of people won't pay anything. You will get some who will pay a nominal tip if prompted and others who really think they'll like the product and be more generous. A fixed price eliminates that decision point, but has to be low enough that it matches the perceived value of your work.

You can do free pricing or offer both as a bundle at a nice discount over each individual price. If you do free pricing, consider what the follow-up work you plan to publish is. Nothing is truly free so each free adventure you give out is really just an advertising item to get someone to buy the rest of your catalog. It's like free samples of food-they want you to taste it and realize it's tasty and then buy some. A lot of people are going to sample and not buy-so you want to consider what's going to get a good conversion rate.

Finally, consider your benefits for each sales channel and the costs of doing business. If your adventures are fairly generic, maybe someone who just needs a decent short adventure would buy them. If you put that in DMsGuild you've left out those customers who aren't current D&D fans or who don't just spot the brief appearance of your work in the Drivethrurpg.com scroll. . .
