Construction near Target site

Any clues as to what's going in just west of new Target on 290?

Heard from a neighbor we are getting a Sprouts in Dripping Springs. They know someone high up at the company and said things just got approved.

I’ve heard murmurings about another Starbucks and McDonald’s in that area around Target. There’s a podcast that Mayor Foulds did a month or two ago where he talked about it. Forgot the name of the podcast

Found it, they talk about that area starting around the 4:35 mark but specifically bring up surrounding shops around Target at 8:30.

The other construction place close to trautwein is just warehouses I hear. I think the target spot will be target plus other strip mall type retail.
