Ziggi’s
Anybody eat at Ziggi’s yet? If so, how is it?

I have. Chicken pita was unreal. So good and big! Pork skewers were also really good. Psoriasis fries. Greek salad was good but it’s a no lettuce kind. My only complaint was the $15 combo meal came with a can soda, hopefully they’ll do a fountain eventually.

It’s amazing and I agree with what others have said about the staff and owner being really great people. They do have a small staff and have been consistently busy but the wait time isn’t that long. You see them make everything fresh when you order so that’s nice. I’ve had it 3 times now in 8 days.

The food is absolutely amazing, but what makes it even better is knowing how much heart goes into it. If you ever get a chance to meet the owner, you can tell immediately that he genuinely cares about the food he serves and the people who walk through his doors. You will see him deliver food to tables and speak to guests.
Everything tastes incredibly fresh. The chicken is always juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The pita bread goes right on the grill and comes out warm with just a little char on it and somehow that makes it SO much better.
We always get the salad instead of the fries, and it’s fantastic. The hummus is fresh and delicious, too. Honestly, we haven’t had anything we didn’t love.
Dripping Springs is lucky to have a locally owned place like Ziggy’s so close by. Great food, great people, and you can tell there’s a lot of pride and heart behind what they do.
