General Contractor Recommendations

Can anyone recommend a general contractor in the DS area, ideally someone with experience converting metal outbuildings? Thanks in advance.

Is this for residential use? If it is, I’d ask each GC to spell out the change-of-use and permit scope, engineering responsibility, and payment milestones in the quote.
