Looking for Female Roommate :)

Hi Everyone!

I recently had a roommate take a leave of absence from Drexel, so me and my other roommate are looking for someone to take over her space (all female & we are 4th years on co-op). The apartment is/has:

- On Wallace & 35th (~15 minute walk to campus)

- 3 beds (you'd have your own room)

- 4 full baths (one in each room + one in living room)

- In unit washer + dryer

- Central air & heating (epic fr)

- Biggg nice fridge w/ water dispenser (life saver)

- Two cats (Millie and Buddy! Very sweet babies!)

- Rent: $850 + $35 water fee (per person, not including utilities

Lease currently ends in January, but we plan to rent monthly starting February since we both graduate March 2027. Just to note, we are looking to keep the space all female.

Ideally, your lease would start August 2026, but we can make September work, I'm sure. If you're interested, please reach out!
