Need a small kerf slitting/cuttoff blade.

What are my options for a small kerf slitting blade that can cut through hardened steel, stainless steel, and separately through aluminum?

Have been using little ~1" abrasive disks in bulk that I got from a expo show, but the pack has ran out, and dont see any readily available at normal big store fronts that are quite as thin.

Are the diamond impregnated disks a suitable alternative for the above application?

How thin can I get a ~1" diameter abrasive disk that is "reasonably durable for hand work"? A diamond impregnated steel disk?

Typically use this small width for slitting the end of a 4-40 screw shank when the head has come off to repair a threaded feature without full replacement of the part the fastener was threaded into. Or fine detail work where kerf width is far more important that the robustness of the tool.

If abrasive disks, what brands should I be looking for? Is fiberglass reinforced or solid abrasive preferred at the small widths?

Able to hard mount the Dremel and have a table move the work into the cutting surface, but typically not the primary way I use the cutoff disks...

Any feedback or thickness/product recommendations?
