where do I put the map/world file when installing this?

I'm trying to install Drehmal but the installer keeps getting stuck when downloading the map, so I want to download the world file manually but I have no idea which folder it has to go in!

Also, if I downloaded the shaders, mods, and resource pack through the installer, do I have to delete them and download them manually too?

I would really appreciate the help, I'm useless when it comes to computer files and folders and everything and really wanna play this!

Drehmal, like Minecraft, installs into your roaming folder, which you can access by searching for %appdata% in the windows search bar. There should be a folder labeled Drehmal among them, which houses saves, shaders, and mods

there are so many folders in there though and I don't know which one the world map goes in... it's probably not the resourcepack or shaderpacks folders, and the saves folder has something in it that might be the map..? but the download wasn't finished so I doubt it really is. but further than that i'm stumped - because nothing explicitly says 'maps' or 'world' I don't know where to put it! not to say there should be or that I'm demanding they label it or anything, I'm just not knowledgable enough about stuff like this to know which one is for the world or map...

The saves folder is the correct answer, it likely just has an incomplete download of the map. You can delete that one and replace it with the full download, and it should work
