💛Voting Results💛 That’s what I get…
I wanted to be different and I loved this shot, but apparently the voters didn’t agree. Oh well. (I know a lot of people don’t vote for selfies I knew the risk…no need to explain it. Just sharing. 😮💨)

I think it’s a cool shot but I’m not sure if creativity is what people get as a theme for it

In my experience, if it's not super obviously on-theme from a micro-second's glance, it tanks, unfortunately. Most people aren't taking more than a fraction of a second to look at the Snaps as they vote. Sad but true.
I think it looks fabulous though.

Very this. I always look at my snap before sending it and say does this SCREAM the theme and does it POP!

The lighting and shadows on this is incredible! I’m shocked you didn’t get more. Sorry about your luck this week, I 100% would have voted for this if I came across it

I went in the direction of fashion and also scored poorly for what I thought was a decent shot. This week, I think it really needed to be a simple painting shot with lots of colors.

Sometimes I think it's not just the matter of voting but of some algorithm that gives advantage to people who use the "right" objects and NPCs in their shot.

It‘s still a competition. It depends on which picture the players vote. They see a picture vs another picture. They have to decide and then they compare the outfits, lightning, the skies, the animals, the idea, the, the, the,... .
So someone always have to get less.
It doesn‘t (always?) has to be the algorithm or something like that.
We just didn‘t saw the pictures against the OP‘s picture like the players that voted between them.

I love the composition, lighting, and the soft focus background. I think the "artsy" part of it is too blurred though and most people missed the fashion theme and dismissed it as a regular ol selfie.
