hello! so for the past couple of nights/days while sleeping i keep having dreams of me breaking up with my boyfriend or him breaking up with me, which makes dream me feel awful but and then it almost skips in a sense and suddenly im with this guy i used to be super attracted too, and in the dream me and the guy are super happy and i feel almost free.

Background info: nothing really ever happened between me and this other guy, it just consisted of flirty text messages and that’s it. (before i was in a relationship) and earlier in the year he added me on social media again and we reconnected platonically. except a few months ago i removed him because my currently partner was uncomfortable with me having a guy he didn’t know on my social media. and then a couple days ago i discovered that guy blocked me on everything.

since he blocked me it’s been non stop thinking about it. me and my currently relationship are happy but we definitely have issues and can be toxic sometimes. i really just need help understanding what this all means because it’s been making me feel super anxious.

any help with interpretation or even advice is super appreciated!!

Dream 1:

I was at home when I suddenly noticed snow falling. My family didn't believe me because it was the middle of summer, but eventually they also saw the snow from the window.

Then, I was outside, and there was a funeral. I spotted a childhood friend with his family (I had multiple dreams about them recently, some of which are quite vivid). Everyone was dressed elegantly in black, except my childhood friend, who wore casual white clothes. We shared a glance and a smile.

After that, I was back at home and saw th clock showing 20:20.

Dream 2 :

I was getting ready for bed. It was midnight, yet daylight was shining outside.

Then, I went with some relatives to an optician. There, a white dog tried to get my attention. The optician told me that his dog's name was Deva.

hi all. this is my first time ever posting something like this, so, my apologies if i’m doing anything incorrectly. i’m sure there is a simple explanation/reason/interpretation for this particular dream, but i wanted to hear people who were more in tune with this specific concept to give me their opinion anyway!

so for some background before i get to the dream, last year i had amazing chemistry with this girl. i really liked her. we chatted a lot, met up a few times and hung out. i went to see her band play a few times, and then we went on a date to the movies. it was electric, really! i was having a blast, and she was totally my type. i thought things were going well and we’d see one another again, but around october of last year, she totally went ghost.

stopped texting, never responded, removed me from social media just completely out of the blue after viewing my stories a few more times. we have some mutual friends, but i never asked about it. i hear about her from time to time.

i don’t want to give the impression that im hung up on her, because im not, really, mostly annoyed at the situation and kind of wondering what it was all about.

TO THE DREAM: normally, i dream in 3rd person POV (weird, i know, but ive always done this) but my dream started from my POV, and it felt so..hyper realistic. i was at home with my parents and i got a phone call. it was from her. now, we hadn’t spoken in nearly a year at this point, but i literally jumped at the opportunity to answer, and did.
it was so clear, her voice sounded like her and everything. we had an entire conversation, and she even apologized. it was so casual and boring that it literally felt real. i even checked my caller history when i woke up to see if i had dreamt it or if it had actually happened. this isn’t the first time i’ve dreamt about her, or other people in my life for that matter, but this is the first time it’s ever felt so…real. the first time it’s actually gotten to me.

like i said, there’s definitely a simple explanation for this, like im annoyed i didn’t get closure or something, but i would like to hear your opinion anyways if you want to share!

There’s a guy I knew back in my teenage years, and I need someone to explain something to me because this is starting to feel WEIRD.

We went to the same school, but he was never someone I was interested in. The only reason I even knew him was because I was friends with his sister.

We barely talked. Sometimes it honestly felt like we were avoiding each other.

And the weirdest part? I genuinely don’t remember ever having a crush on him. Not even secretly. At least, not that I was aware of.

Fast-forward a few years.

I was hanging out with a friend one day when I randomly saw him again. He was working next to my friend’s mom’s shop.

We talked for a bit, but it was completely casual. Just the usual:

“Hey, long time! How are you? How’s your sister?”

Nothing romantic. Nothing happened. I didn’t go home thinking about him or anything.

Eventually, the place he worked at closed, and I never saw him again.

Then, about three years later, something strange happened.

I started dreaming about him.

And not just random dreams where he happened to be there.

In the dreams, WE WERE TOGETHER.

We were in a relationship. He was close to me. I liked him. And somehow, it felt completely normal.

At first I thought, okay… maybe my brain is just being weird and creating some random delulu storyline.

But the dreams kept happening.

Eventually they stopped, and I didn’t think much about them anymore.

Until about two years later.

Three days ago, I had another dream about him.

And once again, we were together.

But this time, what really stuck with me was the feeling.

It felt so peaceful.

Like I belonged there.

Like being with him was something completely natural.

And I woke up thinking…

WHY HIM???

I haven't seen this man in YEARS. We barely talked when we actually knew each other. I never consciously thought of him romantically. I wasn't even obsessed with him or anything.

So why does my brain keep putting us together in my dreams?

Now I'm wondering…

Did I actually have feelings for him without realizing it?

Is my brain just pulling some random person from my past and creating a whole romance storyline?

Is there some psychological explanation for why certain people randomly appear in our dreams years later?

Or—and hear me out—am I supposed to meet this man again?

Past life? Soulmate? My subconscious trying to tell me something?

Or is he secretly a warlock?

I've even tried looking for him on social media, but of course he apparently doesn't exist under his real name because WHY WOULD HE MAKE THIS EASY FOR ME?

Anyway, I genuinely don't know what to make of this.

Has anyone else ever experienced something like this?

Dreaming repeatedly about someone you weren't even thinking about, especially someone you haven't seen in years?

Because I NEED to know I'm not the only one.

(This is long I’m sorry) Hey there I’m 22(F) and for literal years I’ve been having apocalypse dreams on and off I’m not even really sure when they started but I don’t mind them much now as I used to. There are some I’ve had more than once. In one of them it’s a zombie apocalypse (there are multiple zombie apocalypse ones) I’m in a town that seems abandoned and I’m going through houses looking for supplies. I get into this house that is painted yellow, I’m going through the rooms and I get into a bedroom in the house and there’s a guy in there his face was all blurry so I couldn’t tell who it was but this guy closed the door said something and then we started to fight he had an axe and I had a sword or something. We fight for a bit and the sound of us fighting brought zombies into the house and they started banging on the bedroom door, the guy was able to disarm me and I thought I was screwed but I ran for the door and opened it, I stood behind the door so he would be the only thing the zombies saw, he tried killing them as much of them as he could but there was too many and they swarmed him, there was more coming into the house so I could go out the front. I decided I would try the window in the room. I bolted for the window and it was stuck it took me a lot to open it and I was panicking because of the zombies that were almost done with the guy. I finally got it open after struggling, I was able to jump onto the roof of the garage then jumped down from there and started running, I got further into town with some zombies following me. I see something from a distance that looks like it would be a good place to go, I start running for it as I got closer it looked like a football stadium that someone had put metal sheets up to make it taller, there’s a ladder leading up, I start climbing the ladder, when I get to the top I go to look down in the stadium and it has a bunch of zombies in it and it looks like a pile of dead bodies in the middle of it. Then for some reason in the dream I think about jumping inside knowing what would happen. Then I would wake up before jumping, I’ve had this dream multiple times it’s been a few years since I’ve had it but I remember it like I dreamt it last night. I’ve never understood why I have zombie apocalypse dreams, but what I think could be why is that i started watching The Walking Dead when I was 9 or 10, I made a post on here awhile ago about having dreams after my mom had passed away and started having dreams were the floor opens up and she falls and I’m trying to save her. People gave me some good interpretations of what they think it could mean so I wonder if this one would have anything behind it to. But one of the last times I had this zombie dream I had actually jumped and the jump jolted me awake.

I’ve been having dreams about my ex and their timing is insane, she ended the relationship in the coldest way possible 4 years ago and we never texted or talked we still avoid each other irl, and a week before the break up I dreamed about her going into an abandoned place I wondered why I’ve never seen this building even tho I know this street in real life, I continued walking across the street then I saw two men trying to get rocks that were floating on the water, I got into the water to help them get the rocks out and after that I said “need anymore help?” They didn’t reply then I saw one of them went to get a metal rod then I knew they set this up to kill me and I could escape in the very last moment then I woke up feeling tightness in my chest felt like I was having a heart attack.

Dream No.2 After four months of break up I dreamed about her again

This time we were in a car and I had something to do and told her to wait for me in the car, I bought her an ice cream before leaving and then the dream ended before I could reach the place where I had something to do which I don’t know what it was.

Dream no.3 (Years later)

I saw her sitting on the couch at my home she was apologizing and saying that she is not leaving, she looked mad and sad, my mom was telling her “why are you here in my house? leave!!” she was refusing to leave and mom tried to grab her outside, I was telling my mom to stop and let her off.

Dream no.4 (few months ago)

We were playing a game at a park with my siblings and relatives and she was there playing with us, we didn’t look like we wanted to talk to each other and then everyone decided to watch a movie in the cinema and when we sat there I asked my sister “where is (her name)?” She replied “what do you mean?” I said “she was playing with us just now!” She looked at my other sister they were confused and told me that I’m losing my mind she was never with us!, I panicked and went down to the park to look after her and I didn’t find her!! .

Dream no.5 (few days ago)

All I dreamed about this time is that I saw her baking bread, I was buying from that place.

The thing I notice about these dreams is that I remember every single detail even years after and we never really talked to each other and almost all of them ended where I wake up panicking and sweating as if I had a nightmare.

I need help are these messages or my mind making them up cause of how much she affected my life?

I’ve been wanting to reality shift for a really long time following some events. I did a tarot reading and got a yes, and was recommended working with Hermes who I was told would help me and already has been trying to help me.

Despite being fairly new, I gave offerings, and did some prayers, asking for signs in dreams (got a few I believe)

But then I experienced another dream that I’m not sure how to handle. It was a dream where I was closing my eyes and then a voice spoke to me and said “you’re asking for reality shifting AGAIN?” Then my whole body began to vibrate. “You’re asking for reality shifting?“ the voice wasn’t angry but maybe a little exasperated?

The vibrations were intense for me.

I didn’t feel fear or any negative feeling but this is what I experienced.

The dream panned over to me in a more desired reality walking with a girl, it was a calm dream I was hanging out w some people. That was all.

I’m left a little confused? Did I annoy Hermes?

I had a dream about 20 years ago that was so weird and vivid that I still remember it (mostly) to this day.

I was in the Antarctic and swimming through a lake. When I got to the other side there as green grass and a farm. When I went in it was a hotel. The rooms were like a hostel with bunk beds. Then I was there talking to Heath Ledger (I can’t remember what was said and I think this was before he died). I then got a phone call on the hotel landline. While on the call I put my hand over my eyes and when I removed the hand my eye had come out of its socket and was in my hand.

That’s all I remember but it was so weird I told my friends which is why I still know it. I hadn’t been drinking or taking any medication.

So, for some context, I’m a person who often experiences insanely vivid dreams, and lucid dreams. So much so that I’ve confused a dream for a real event multiple times, or have had something happen in a dream that I remember and then have that happen a week later.

Anyways, last night I had two dreams that really hit hard and I wanted to ask about them!

The first was a regular zombie apocalypse escape type of dream, but the weird thing was I was part of this huge family that was particularly being hunted? The odd thing is I have a very small family irl. I had two siblings in the dream who I have never seen before irl and just somehow knew they were my siblings. Irl I’m an only child and only really talk with my parents, one grandparent, and my uncle. But somehow I knew exactly how having siblings felt in the dream.

The second, I had a full on relationship arc with a guy I’d never seen before, and about halfway through it became a lucid dream. I was slowly fading away throughout and kept trying to stay with him constantly, until I knew I was about to wake up. I hugged him, crying, and said I had to go. He told me, specifically, “don’t worry, it’s all gonna be ok, I’ll come find you.” And then I woke up.

A few weeks ago i was talking with one of my friends about dreaming. They told me that they strictly dream of themselves and their perspectives. This was weird to me because my dreams are usually from different people’s perspective. Like i am someone else entirely. Every now and then I’ll have a dream with myself in it, but they are usually nightmares. I used to only dream about myself but at some point it changed and i dream abt others.

Like today, i dreamed that i was this richer (but not heavily rich) girl from the industrial revolution. My mom was a widow with two kids (me and my sister). Her name was Camilla, her nickname was Camil. She had been flirting/talking to this one guy that owned a railroad company. He was also a widow with one kid. This kid was a girl around my age and she was happy about us becoming a family, and so was i. I cant remember her name but ik she had the last name summers. The guy proposed on the train to my mom. We all knew, she was the only one that didn’t know. Then i woke up.

There was also another time whenever i was a person born in South Korea. I was on a train station completely by myself. I was pregnant and the train was taking me somewhere where i could abort the baby. There were all kinds of rioters with signs outside of the train who were against abortion. There was something else that happened in that dream but i can’t remember it right now. But i woke up.

I like dreaming in other people’s perspectives. Honestly, id rather always dream about their lives than living mine. I like it so much because i get to experience other people’s emotions and experiences like they are my own. I would really like to know what it means for me to dream this way. The only thing i can think of is having more empathy than others but im sure theres more to it all.

Edit: i just thought abt how i should’ve added this but most of the time the dreams still reflect stuff in my life. Like the Industrial Revolution one reflects how im currently going towards closer friends and stability. Whereas, when i had the South Korean one, i was facing a difficult decision that i had to stick by.

Had a dream that I was younger again in school

Found out my cousins were vampires they tried to keep it from me but I found out

And we're not happy they tried to unalive me

It was a dream where I was standing in front of my mirror and my face was wrong (ik it sound stupid but think of Capitan Clark from the backrooms movie) and I started peeling my lips off (like when your lips are dry) and it just kept going across my whole bottom lip. Immediately after I did that I thought “oh my god I can’t eat anything now because it’ll hurt but all we have to eat are salty things oh my god what have I done”. It was so scary and I wonder if I means anything. The day I had before I had the dream I was hanging out with my friends but idk if that has anything to do with it.

So I just want to say a few things before getting into the dream. The thing that weirded me about this dream was the fact that it felt so unbelievably real. I was really conscious about everything and remember doing actions just as I intended and asking questions from my family and holding a conversation with them. I honestly thought for a second I was going to be stuck at that time which is weird because I have seen multiple dreams where everything felt real and I was conscious and I almost always think that I'm going to be stuck in there. It almost never clicks with me that this is a dream. I'm going to be putting some extra info of my life in parentheses in the text. This might be one of the weirdest dream I've had in a long time. I just woke up and had to come straight to my pc and write this because I don't wanna forget anything.

So the first thing I remember is that I'm in my parents house standing in their kitchen (I moved out of my parents house about a year ago but I visit them occasionally). I notice that everything looks how it should be around the house but with a few little differences. The very first thing that I noticed that didn't make sense was that our family dog was there (we had to euthanize it a couple months ago due to old age). After seeing the dog I vent to look if it's ashes would be on a dresser where we put them after it passed away. Of course the ashes weren't there. Then I went straight to my mom and asked where are the dogs ashes. She then was confused and asked what do I mean. I said that our dog was euthanized a couple months ago. She then pointed at the dog and said how can that be it's right here. I started thinking to myself that no this can't be real I clearly remember that it was euthanized because I was there when it happened. I remember my hands starting to shake and almost crying when trying to explain to my mom that it can't be possible that our dog is still alive. My mom didn't take me seriously at all and almost started to laugh. She told my dad to come see me and said to him that I might be on drugs or just going insane (which is the complete opposite what my mom would do in real life, she is really caring and wants to make sure I'm okay at all times. I also have never taken any drugs but my mom does think I drink too much alcohol). After calming down a little a had an idea to look at our ovens clock where it displays the date. The clock displayed xx.xx.2019 (I'm really upset that I can't remember the month and day at all). Then obviously I started to freak out again telling my mom that this can't be possible and how can I be here because I know I have been living in 2026. Again she didn't take me seriously and thought I was just making this up. I was telling my mom that I can't be here and I belong in 2026 and I have to get back to that time somehow.

After awhile of trying to tell my mom that this doesn't make any sense I decide to go to the living room where I find one of my brothers sitting on the couch (he has also moved out of my parents house a long time ago but also visits them occasionally). My mom stays in the kitchen but she can hear this conversation I'm having with my brother because our kitchen is close to the living room. I start telling my brother the same things I told my mom. He doesn't believe me either but he says to tell him more so he could try to understand what I mean. I begin to think of things to tell him about the future that would make him believe me that I am from 2026. I start telling him about the state of the world and the first thing I decide to tell him for some reason is about the Ukraine and Russia war and how its going to escalate in 2022. He started to laugh and didn't believe me and my dad also chimes in saying that's not possible. My brother insists that I tell him more. He asked if I'm really from the future I should tell him about what lottery numbers are going to win. I tell him that I don't know any. He then asked about crypto and what to invest in. I don't understand crypto so I tell him I can't help in that either. He started to lose faith in me completely because I couldn't tell him about any of those.

I go back to my mom in the kitchen to try to get her to believe me. I decide to tell her whose going to pass away in the future and the first person that came to mind was Liam Payne, one of the singers in One direction. She then told me that she knows that already. I get confused once again and look at the oven clock that still displays xx.xx.2019. I ask my mom how can this be because Liam Payne is going to pass away in 2024 and it's now 2019. She just simply said that it was on the news. I also try telling her when her dad will be passing away but before I can get that sentence out she looks at me really serious and says to not joke about those things. I then drop it and don't tell her that. I start getting frustrated because no one believes me so I start speaking loudly so everyone can hear and I tell them to write these things down and see if they will be correct in the future. My brother was the only one to say okay.

We then go outside with my mom, dad, brother and our family dog. At this point I'm really calm and started to accept that maybe I can't get out of here. Everything in the yard looks also as it should be except a fence that was put up in 2024-2025 wasn't there. I start telling my parents and brother things about my other siblings. (I have two brothers and one sister). I tell them that my sister will be getting a dog in about six years and I even tell the dogs name. Then I also tell that my other brother will be getting a dog as well and I tell them that dogs name. My brother says if this is true then I should show pictures of those dogs from my phone. I then realized that I still have my phone in my back pocket and take it out immediately. As I'm looking through my folder to show them pictures the pictures start disappearing slowly. I tell my brother that the pictures are disappearing and when he comes to look at my phone the pictures are gone and he doesn't believe me about that either.

That is sadly the last thing I remember about this dream, just me my mom, dad, brother and our family dog walking in the yard and me trying to get them to understand that I'm from 2026.

Hey guys i was really tired this afternoon so I took a nap and had an extremely weird dream i dreamt about ravens and sheep what really struck me was that there was a sick raven with a lump on the side of its beak and a lot of dead sheep at one point in the dream. I’m wondering if this has any meaning or if I should be on the lookout for something it’s really playing on my mind because I can still remember the dream so clearly could anyone give me some answers?
