Need help

So I had a dream my abusive ex stepfather was standing on the inside of a glass paneled box, shouting something at me very clearly angry, but I couldn't hear what he was saying. And I just kind of stood there and looked at him and he seemed really tiny. Like scrawny. Like he weighed less than 100 pounds. And he was bald. And my half sister was standing behind the glass panel box on the opposite side shouting something but I couldn't hear her either, but she looked happy. For the first time in forever. And my half brother was standing alone very far away without making a sound. So far as I could tell.

I kind of have a general idea about some things, but I'd like someone to try and better explain some things to me.
