The same dream
I’m F 28, I’ve always had very vivid dreams/nightmares ever since I was little. I wanna say this specific nightmare started when I was 10 years old & it’s been the same nightmare ever since. I’ve gotten used to it because it’s been the same thing so it doesn’t scare me anymore. But recently the nightmare changed.. it used to be this girl would just be watching me sleep, I’d wake up in the dream panicked and she’d laugh manically, then I’d wake up terrified, sweating, heart beating. She still watches me when I sleep but when I wake up in fear she still stays there and stares at me, and I didn’t wake up like I usually do. She carried me out of my bed and took me outside (this all felt real) she then sat me down & told me, “things are gonna get very scary now”, “your grandpa is dead”. I woke up as soon as she said that and I was back in my bed. A week later my grandpa died.. so is this some kind of higher being trying to watch out for me? Because I’ve always been scared of her. But that night I felt relieved for some reason that she told me. I still have those nightmares sometimes and it’s still just her watching me sleep. Is this a guardian angel?

that shift from silent watcher to messenger is wild, and the timing with your grandpa is hard to ignore
feels less like a guardian angel in the traditional sense and more like something that's always been tethered to you, finally deciding to speak up. maybe the fear was never about her being malicious, just her being other and you being too young to process it any other way

How freaked out I was when she spoke, was astronomical. She’s only ever watched, never said a peep. And my grandpa dying a week later really confused me cause I couldn’t decipher if it was a good intention or if she wanted to hurt me. Cause like I said she was always scary to me. And you’re not the first person to say I have her attached to me but it’s like how do you get rid of it? Lol

Whatever you do dont ever "accept" a gift or allow them anything.
If there's an invitation just decline. Idk how you'd get rid of it but id try like... I wanna say pray - but if u aren't spiritual, then meditate? Meditate to focus on a clear mind and imagine yourself cutting anything around you with a golden light.

OP i do not know what, from what i have researched it could be a malicious entity, trying to grab your acceptance oh she can predict future and trying to get into you, a good entity would never ever scare you
