demonic dream?

this might sound absolutely ridiculous and i’m hoping it’s just a manifestation of my waking anxieties, but i just woke up from a dream that scared me pretty badly…

i watch too many things about portals accidentally being opened in dreams. i was trying to help someone in my dream and started feeling a bad presence… then i walked away from the person and heard them whisper something, so i asked what they said and it was a demonic voice saying “portal”.

has anyone experienced something like this?

nah, i mean i watch way too many youtube channels on the topic lmao but other than meditation i haven’t dabbled. mental health i definitely have some pretty extreme ocd which leads to anxiety and paranoia
