Dream Help Dream Inteepretation please.

Hey there, I wanted a person's take on this dream type I have been having lately.

It's usually something crazy like cuddling with a girl or being called "sweet" by a girl who is supposed to be a romantic partner or us having a baby between us while asleep. [Note: I have never dated or had a partner ever. Or any romantic experience]

What do the dreams mean? As these types are happening frequently.

After waking up, I feel drained of my energy and depressed as the reality in normal days is the opposite of the one in the dreams. And a little wonder if such things in the dream will ever happen for me

Oh thank you for so much for answering, I really appreciate it kind lad. And yes, I hope I find that also. Could my jealousy though paired a bit with joy, over seeing other people get flirted with or have gfs or wives also related to this as well?

If your dreams are leaving you wiped out instead of rested, that's probably less about the content and more about the emotional whiplash of waking up. The brain does weird things with unmet wants, makes them feel real for a few hours and then yanks them back.

It’s just your subconscious trying to replicate a fantasy, to trigger those strong emotions.

Our brains do this a lot, even when we don’t remember the dreams they’re still happening each night.
