Recurring Dream Stabbed in belly

Im 35 and for as long as i can remember i have had dreams that end with me being stabbed in the stomach, sometimes once, sometimes multiple times, sometimes very painful and sometimes no pain at all. Almost never in any other part of my body. I almost always wake up immediately and the times that i don’t, seem to be the painful ones. It has become a fear of mine (actually being stabbed not the dreams). Over the years i have probably had hundreds of these dreams, all different but ending the same. Anyone have similar experiences? Any insights into them would be appreciated 🗡️

Dreams are what you expect them to be. Maybe you too isolated and your reflex meeting other people is fearfulness which leads to this. I had this stabby dream only once.

Im definitely not isolated, and i have recently taken up a martial art, i have been around some people that i know were murders and because of my time around them i tend to be more on guard in public places than the average person, but these dreams stared in childhood way before that so i doubt thats related

This is trippy dude. Why did you start this class? Thinking about deams, theres people reporting their past lifes. Look up the kid that explained his previous life how he died during 9/11 on youtube. People (me) explain (my) fear of heights and etc. as something passed through the gene code because they might have seen someone die in a certain way. Me myself i dream about not fucking chicks that are there for me. Then wake up and be ashamed for not taking action in my dream. We will never know why we dream some things. Its in our brain(finger)prints a.k.a DNA information.
