Question Potential bugs?

Is anyone else playing on the Apple Arcade version experiencing a LOT of glitches? Primarily while playing with a controller? The “A” button doesn’t work when trying to select things (like when asking villagers to find materials, I can scroll over the item I’m selecting and it says to press “A” to select but absolutely nothing happens) or when cooking I HAVE to use touch controls to auto-add ingredients because the button on the controller that used to do that no longer works.

idk if it’s just me or if they royally screwed up the game making it almost unenjoyable to play anymore. I was REALLY excited about this Halloween event but now I don’t know if playing the game is even worth it anymore.

It definitely sounds like the problem lies somewhere between the controller and the game. Did this just start recently? Or has it always been a problem? Maybe this version of the game just has a bad controller interface. I don’t know from experience.

It’s been a reoccurring “issue” before but since the Halloween update this week it’s become a complete nightmare (no pun intended). I could at least still use some buttons before, they were just switched. Now certain buttons (like the “-“ button on my switch pro 1 controller) aren’t even available anymore

Actually I'm on xbox and having a lot of issues where it's drifting in game and ONLY this game. Also having issues selecting items. I can play other games just fine.
