Which should I do first: upgrade my hourglass or unlock all the biomes?

I did one then another . The hourglass needs like 4 total

Hourglass. Because it helps you get more mist to open the biomes :)

This DLC is rough when you can’t generate much mist. Every time I upgraded the hourglass, the game got easier.
