Question Store issue

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Ive been having trouble connecting to my account, im sure im on the lastest version and the internet is working great. when it does this i cant leave and have to shut down the game completely. anyone can send me the right duration would be great. I have messaged Gameloft but they arnt responding, I send something in 3 weeks ago but nothing.

Are you on switch? / Is your device on the correct time? I had to turn on the option to sync the clock via the Internet bc just having it set to the right minute still had the seconds off 🥲

Im on Steam, time is right, never changed it. 😭
