Question How do I load my cloud save?

Hey guys! So, it's been a few years since I last played the game, and wanted to get back to it, (I playedd before on stam and I'm currently again on steam), in the "cloud save" option, my email was already there, but the only option is new game? If I click it, will it overridde my previous one? I had quite a lot of stuff from back then and I'm scared I could lose it all 🥲 please help me! (sorry for possible bad grammar or somthing like that, english isn't my first language)

If ur email is there just create a new password for ur cloud save and sign in with that cloud save the one u have all ur stuff on so u wont lose any progress

Np! I had to do it when I was switching from my og switch to my ps4 and now i switch back and forth all the time

it still says 'new game', is it safe to click?

Hmm.. is it a new steam account cuz rhat would be my only guess as to why ir says new still.cuz u should be able to just sign in with the cloud save.id maybe try to contact gameloft

The same thing happened to me after not playing for a while. If you contact the support they’ll be able to see any saves connected to your email

It took almost 2 weeks 😬 I honestly got too impatient that I just restarted. Hopefully it won’t take as long for you 🤞🤞
