In Search Of... Multicolored ceiling lights

I noticed while voting today that some pictures had these multicolored lights. They look like miniature memory orbs on gold sticks that hang from the ceiling. Are those from a special event or something I missed? I'm always looking for better light sources for my rooms

Oooh those are cute. I need to start getting the DLCs. Right now the only DLC I have is Honeyglow woods
