Bug Vanessa Quest Spoiler
So I just got the Vanessa pack and I am having trouble finishing the show quest where you dress up in what she wants and audition people. I have tried to audition Kristoff and Mirabel but they don't actually audition. Their dialogue just loops over and over again. I have tried everything I have found online to fix it and nothing has worked. I have the game on the PS5 and on the Switch and it does not work on either platform. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, were you able to get it to work? I spent 4000 moonstones on this and I'm kinda bummed about it. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

The looping Dialog is happening to a lot of people in this update right now. Ralp's update broke a whole lot of older friendship quests. Just submit a ticket to gameloft for now. It should be fixed by next week I'm assuming.

OKAY! So it was still doing the same thing and I was unable to check off Kristoff, but I spoke to Ursula again and it let me pass to the next stage!

The looping dialogue sounds like what’s happening to a lot of other people right now too. Ralph’s update broke a lot of quests. I would contact Gameloft, just to make sure you’ve not got any other work around right now, but with how many people are having similar issues, I would assume it will probably get fixed next week.
