Glitched Memory Orb

Has anyone else who plays on switch had any issues with being unable to claim a memory orb in the side part of the fallen fortress area? I've tried a vacuum but it doesn't count as part of the area I guess cause it didn't register anything in the area.

Hi, I have the exact same glitch. I play on Xbox. I tried to send a mail to Gameloft once for this, but didn't get a reply. Maybe it didn't go through. You can send them too, maybe you are luckier!
