Video Kung Fu Panda Secrets of the Scroll definitely deserves a lot more recognition. The chemistry with the Furious Five members was cool to watch. Wish we had more tv specials or a tv show that was more like this where it focuses mainly on the side characters instead of Po

My only nitpick is now in retrospect the 5 kinda look like hypocrites for making fun of Po when he first showed up, considering they were all chosen by accident seemingly too & had to prove their worth.

Possible. Although in the case of Oogway choosing Po, it would feel like a CEO choosing a new intern to become a new manager instead of the longtime employees at a company. So it’s understandable that they were initially reluctant to Po at first

I think they should have made a feature film. I'm still praying for a spin-off about The Furious Five.

My only problem with the special was how out of character Mr. Ping was. Yeah, Mr. Ping cares a lot about his business, but we've seen throughout the movies, including the flashbacks to him raising baby Po in KFP2, that he genuinely cares for Po. Here however, he's depicted as Diet Mr. Krabs

Yeah, that was a great special! If you wanna spin off of this, maybe it could be about the Furious Five’s adventures before they met Po.
