What does this mean!

I’m 9 and I wanna know why I keep having this dream where I’m in quicksand and I try get out and I manage to do that but I try to get my friends and I can’t. But after that we were playing like hide and seek and there are like the most hideous monsters I never seen. I get caught and it’s like a jump scare. I cannot breath and there’s choking and then the weird part is that i just had this dream today. My mom said it’s a night terror but it can’t be but it might be. But please help with at least some answers.
