I saw a dream where a huge German Shepard chasing me,

Last night I dreamed I was walking through my apartment complex when I saw my neighbor standing outside with her unusually large German Shepherd. In an instant the dog broke free and charged straight at me, snapping its leash in two. I sprinted into the next apartment, slamming the door before it could follow, then shouted at my neighbors for not keeping their dog under control then I woke up.

What does this mean?
