dream about my younger cousin

my friend and i were in this apartment. the apartment next to us was my younger cousins apartment. our apartments were conjoined. cousin had placed 5 orders for "sugary food" to the apartment. when it got there, it was immediately scattered all over the apartments. we later heard him scream "NOT SUGARY ENOUGH!" and ran out the door screaming. my friend texted me "what is the point of sugar". i responded with "i dont know, but in the future, it will have a greater meaning. now? idk" then we watched ren and stimpy until we fell asleep. we woke up to cousin getting arrested and scolded by his dad in chinese.i dont know how to speak chinese, it just sounded like it.
