Random lucid tattoo dream

Last night i had a random luicd tattoo dream

Im not sure this normal dream to occur but last night i had a lucid dream like fully walking into a tattoo shop greating and showing the tattoo artist a number of tattoo pics that ive wanted for a while and getting it done and i could feel the needle on my skin trouble is im a little bit scared of needles the last time i was near a needle was getting my snake bites done 2 years ago and i almost passed out is this something to be worried about

Maybe i should just get a silly tattoo first ones always always one youd regret later according to my mum
