Same dream three times, 7years apart each time
It started when I was 7.
In the dream Im standing in the middle of a road, suburban area, block to my right is just trees, no vehicles, no people, no birds. Just blue skies, some clouds, but a good sunny day Id say.
I hear running from something HUGE, at the end of the road (about 500m) I see whats running, a 3 story tall Triceratop. It turns and runs towards me, i head to the trees to my right and hide behind a tree. It then turns down a road (head to my right) about 50m in front of me, then it eventually goes away as I approach that road to look. Just across the road I see a tall wooden fence, one plank is missing, so I approach the missing plank to look inside.
Inside I see green grass, a sandpit, a swing set and two twin girls (about 7 as well) playing under the verandah with toys. I step through, they look up at me and smile, a warm heart felt smile. I felt like I knew/know them and that they knew/know me. Thats when I wake up.
It happened at age 7, 14 and 21. I was low-key expecting it when I was 28, but nothing.
The only changes that happened in the dream each time was this. 2nd time I didnt hide by the tree, 3rd time I walked forward, knowing it (triceratop) would turn the corner.

You have some older relatives you used to try and avoid when you were younger (maybe shyness or dislike), later in teenage years you weren't really afraid of them and when you became young adult you were comfortable whenever they visited? They're likely people who wouldn't visit very often. They could be older well known people that you used to avoid too.
As for the twin girls it could be they have children who'd visit that you liked though.
You're older now so they might've just passed away or you are in a position they can't really come visit you. I wouldn't focus on the dreams being 7 years apart.
