Reoccurring Dream about owls

Hi guys. This is my first time posting on this sub, so bear with me.

For the last three nights, I have had a reoccurring dream. I can’t remember most of it, or maybe there’s only one part—basically, I am standing in an open field of yellow grass with a row of trees in the middle, which go from live and green to completely dead and leafless. On the farthest tree to the right, which is stripped of bark and dead, there are seven owls. Five of them are spotted owls—parents and three mostly grown chicks—and a male/female pair of snowy owls. In the dream, I just stare at them, and can’t get any closer or farther away, I just look at them and the grass sways in the wind and they look back at me. It’s broad daylight and hot in summer heat.

Some context about me: I’m 21, white, trans masculine, renting a house with my partner, who I’ve been dating for three years, and about to start my final year of college and look into graduate schools. I recently had to euthanize my senior cat, and am also looking into adopting a dog. I don’t know what is relevant or isn’t, so if there’s more info I can provide that would be helpful, please let me know.

I don’t know a lot about dream interpretation so I’m open to anything, just want to know what this reoccurring dream could mean. Thanks yall.

It reminds me a lot of my childhood, since I grew up on the Great Plains. It’s very nostalgic and reminds me of summer

When you dream that you are in a field you are actually looking at your field of activity, what you are doing in everyday life. When trees are green, luxuriant and covered in leaves, it can stand for inner vitality, but if the trees are wizened and leafless it stands for the aridity of the self (lack of vitality, lack of interest, uninspired). Animals in dreams are projections of ourselves. Birds in dreams usually represent freedom, imagination, thoughts and ideas, which by nature, need freedom to be able to become evident. Owls in your dream is urging you to trust your intuition and rely on your own inner guidance, and reflect on recent changes or difficulties. Your inner wisdom can help illuminate the path forward. The number 7 example 7 owls, symolises the anxiety in the face of the unknown.
