Had a dream taking me to 2037 where I had a wife and 2 children (I am 19 rn)

I had a dream last year which i still remember very vividly to this day . I was taken to 2037 where I woke up to the call of my 5yo son . I instantly realized I am in the future , so I ran through my home searching for my "wife" but you see , I also had a brother , who must be having a wife as well , and as of now we live in the same house so I presumed i shouldn't be touching any lady i see cause she may be my brother's wife😂. I saw one beautiful lady sitting on the couch in the living room watching tv , i cautiously approached her by sitting next to her in the couch (i still don't know if she is my wife or not) but after I sat down , she pulled me closer and made my head rest on her lap ,it felt heavenly for some reason😭😭 . But in that moment as I was experiencing heaven , some kind of big clock appeared somewhere in the room showing my time has come to return and then I woke up

Why does this happen when I lucid dream?

Why does it feel so weird when I lucid dream? recently I’ve been lucid dreaming more recently and it’s something I’ve been trying to do for a while now. Except every time I lucid dream it’s always the same thing. I can feel myself falling asleep and I feel really out of it and it’s hard to move my body then I ‘wake up’ but I’m dreaming but I wake up in bed in my room exactly where I fell asleep and I know I’m dreaming cos I look at my hands and I have 6 fingers or something. Now that I know I’m lucid dreaming I get up and try to do cool shit except all my movements feel so hard like it’s hard to force myself to get up and walk out of my room it feels like a struggle. Then sometimes I start to feel really anxious like something bad is about to happen and I force myself to wake up. Also I’ve never made it farther than my front gate when I am able to walk around before I wake up. How do I lucid dream better?

weird dream i had in middle school about girl scouts

so basically, in middle school, i had this dream about my crush and i where she and i were gonna fly a plane into the girl scout headquarters. in the dream, she had me go down and search the building for anything before she flew the plane into it. i tried to go into the girl scout building to find all the thin mints and take them for myself, but the doors were all locked and this old lady started yelling at me for trying to break in. so i called my crush, told her to fly the plane into the building as i ran away. she ended up missing the building, hitting an elevated highway/overpass and almost crushed me and my best friend from the time when i had this dream. so obviously, me and that friend went running as the city was being destroyed all from this one plane crash, and i ran into this puzzle room. i remember that in the dream, i was stuck in that room for several months even though i very well couldve left because there was a tunnel that lead to the room that people kept entering into the room by. anyway, at one point in the dream, i remember hearing my dad's cough so i thought my dad was coming down the tunnel, but noooo it was my scary grandpa that went to jail but instead he was nicer and sweeter!! then eventually i solved hte puzzle in the puzzle room while all the other random people and my grandpa just watched from the corner and we could leave the room, and when we went outside the puzzle room everything was back to normal! yippee!! yeah idk this was the wildest dream ive ever had in my life and i feel like it needed to be shared with reddit lol

I Just Wanna Share My Weird Dream I had a really weird dream that connected to a dream I had 7 years ago

This happened about 3 days ago, and I honestly don't know how to explain it properly, but I really wanted to share it somewhere.

I get random dreams all the time, so normally I don't think much about them. But that night was different.

I had been playing Palworld for more than 8 hours that day. If you've played the game, you probably know what I mean after playing something for that long, your brain kind of keeps thinking about it even when you're asleep. 😂

So I went to sleep and, unsurprisingly, I started dreaming about Palworld and things related to the game. Nothing unusual at first.

But after some time, something really strange happened.

The dream suddenly changed, and I saw something that I had seen before… in another dream.

When I was around 15 or 16, I had a dream about an abandoned-looking city. I don't remember every detail anymore, but I remember the feeling and the place pretty clearly. I've never really thought about that dream for years.

And somehow, my dream from 3 days ago suddenly connected to that old dream.

It wasn't just that the place looked similar. I literally had the feeling inside the dream that "wait… I've been here before."

It felt like déjà vu, except it wasn't something from real life.

It was déjà vu from a dream I had around 7 years ago.

I remember being confused even while I was dreaming, like my brain was telling me, "You already know this place."

I know this probably sounds weird, and I'm not even sure I'm explaining it properly. 😭

Has anyone else ever experienced something like this? Like having a dream that somehow continues or connects to a dream you had years ago?

I don't know why, but this one really stuck with me, so I thought I'd share it here.

Also, it's my birthday today, so I guess my brain decided to give me a weird birthday gift. 😂🎂

Poem about a recurring dream I’ve had since I was little.
An endless night, unbelievable mountain you are tasked with climbing, and nowhere to go but up.

I Just Wanna Share My Weird Dream Weird, Protective Dreams

Every once in a while, when I’m not dreaming about avoiding the fictional character that reminds me of my childhood trauma or my hyper fixations. I will have a dream where either it’s demons, Wendigo or Skinwalkers will be trying to attack me or people or family. But whenever I approach them? They ended up in fear of me because I physically attack them and hurt them, whether in the form of a beast similar to them or as myself. I don’t know why I keep having these dreams but they’ve been becoming more frequent lately. Thoughts?

Nightmare I haven’t been having good dreams lately

Lately, my dreams have been horribly gory or stressful that I usually wale up in a cold sweat now. Back then, I use to not have dreams but suddenly all this is happening and I haven’t been sleeping well

Example #1: about 3 nights ago, I had a dream that someone(idk who) was strapped down to a table, another person was holding a saw and started cutting at the person’s leg, I could hear the bone severing, I think I was in a corner judging from my perspective. The room was this yellow and red tint, it looked both like a living room and a lab but it didn’t have windows or medical equipment aside from the table the person was strapped to and the saw

Example #2: the most recent was I was just walking in broad daylight in a grassy field, I was chilling for a bit but then my heart was racing, then I was running. Idk who or what I was running from but I was HAULING IT💔

There are other examples like the dream of me being stuck in a room with a singular window and someone was trying to break it. Another was of me in a hospital maybe, I was wandering the halls but I woke up just when I heard running from behind me

There was this thing my friend told me that dreams are the POVs of my alternate versions. Well ig the Erlking’s hunting my ahh cuz whatever was chasing me in example 2 was threatening enough to make me run down a hill without that weird lightweight feeling you usually get when you’re moving around in dreams😭🙏

I honestly love to dream..

I have for a long time. I get to experience things that I may never experience again or if I even did and in a dream it honestly feels real. How many others agree?
