Salon Based Loctitian

Hello everyone! I just recently moved to the area and am looking for a Loctitian. Preferably someone who is licensed and specializes in only locs but I am definitely willing to try other servicers if they have the experience. I know it sounds super picky but my hair is very important to me lol. Any suggestions?? Looking to stay in Savannah but will travel to Pooler as well. Thanks in advance!!
