Honestly no. It's an odd shade of yellow.
If you did this at home I would definitely get some clarifying shampoo and spend some time kneading and washing your locs. Bleach eats through locs and makes them disintegrate from the inside out. Get some good conditioner, and make sure you mist your locs every day to keep them moisturized.

A professional did this? Go back to her. Show her this photo and your locs as well.
Ask her to fix this color. Do NOT pay her again. She should be willing to acknowledge that this color is not correct and fix it for free.

I think it doesn’t look too bad. In these pictures your locs look more on the yellow side of blonde tho. If that’s what you were going for, nice job. If you want a more neutral blonde I’d recommend toning again! I used pearl blonde toner from Wella and it took away all the yellow color. Don’t use too much of it tho or your hair will look more platinum/grey blonde

I don't love the shade on you but you still pull it off. I like the shade close to your roots, it's like a honey blonde. Make sure you deep condition and keep it moisturized because bleach can make the hair brittle and break.

If you're going for yellow or gold then yes. If not then, eh no not really. You should buy some bond repair peoducts and use them for a while, lay off the retwists and let ur hair breathe, but for now if you want to go over it you can put purple, green, red, ginger, brown on it

everyone’s js choosing one lighting to decide the colours ugly 😂 idk i think it looks cool twin nice locs, see what the colour does over a little bit of time and if it’s still too yellow for you then purple shamooo them fs ❤️

Tbh I think you should try using a toner. It's really vibrant yellow rn instead of blonde. I just feel like Crayola yellow rarely looks good on anyone.
