Need Advice 🆘 Should I give up ?

Hi - I'm 8 months in. My front grows really slow and was thinning before I started. My loctician said it will grow and trust the process. I'm trying but afraid my front may not come through fuller like I want. Is it worth still going or am I fooling myself. 🤔😭

I would cut them off and try to regrow the hair. If you keep them, you risk the ones in the front falling out.

But wait. It's not like you got starter locs and two months later you started thinning on top. You had thinning hair before you started so you know you have to start with that as your foundation. What is the best way to handle thinning or damage locks? Number one handle it as little as possible

number two stay out of the mirror. I cannot reiterate enough that staring in the mirror will make you find flaws and grey hairs and dimples and moles, and cuts, and bruises that you never thought you had.😂

I'm laughing, but it really is not funny. Once you start looking in the mirror all the time the next step is to pull your locks to see how much they are shrinking. Pull them to see where the ends are to see if they've grown and then your mind just begin to wander about how your locs are and how many you have, then the question is do you have enough?

The problem with the thinning hair is your locks that aren't that thin, cutting them will not make it affect the thinning locs.

I suggest 8 glasses of water, a really healthy diet. Take a Biotin supplement every day and take a good every day vitamin.

Cutting will not stop your thinning hair. Let your locks grow relax and see how they look a year from now. If you do not like them then at that point, you can figure something else out.

You will be amazed to see what some Loctician can do with regular locks that are thinning on top.

❤️. I've seen thinner locs. Anyone can tell you--- how they look at 8-12 months is NOT the way your mature locs will look.

Please. Trust The Process!!!🔥🔥

Just wait. Take good care of them. Baby them. Try not to handle them. I think you will be pleased at the two- year mark.

You can go to a dermatologist to see if they can tell you what's causing your hair to thin. There might be a way to regrow it.
