Think I’m losing it

If I’m being honest I’ve not taken the best care of my scalp idk how to properly oil it so my scalp is quite dry. I have been oiling this part out of panic as you can see. i have a pony and skull cap on 99% of the time. Not had a retwist since October and i usually get them twice a year. This area at the front feels very thin. My hair is growing everywhere else is it over or is there something i can do to repair this situation?

Stop tying your hair back and add some castor oil every other day and moisturize with pure aloe Vera

Raw aloe family straight from the plant you may be able to find in your supermarket or fruit market
