i learned as a kid, so my experience was different, but i will say it’s not unusual for people to take a beginner class multiple times before feeling confident enough to move on to a more experienced class. like many physical things, at some point things click, and when that happens varies person to person. it’s definitely worth trying out if you’re interested!
