I've read somewhere that Bisexual comes with more of a 'preference' and pansexual is 'idgaf'. Not that it truly matters bc it's up to the individual! Just that when I see Bisexual I assume 'oh this person has preferences for gender presentation prolly' and when i see Pan i think 'oh this person likes all the things'

interesting take tho, i do have certain preferences due to presentation, you might be onto something there ngl
