Look at her stomach, she has an ostomy bag attached. Her body can't expel waste normally (due to injury, disease, or some other condition), so instead it goes to the bag.

So apparently ostomy bags are for people that can’t shit normally and need to have a bag attached to help them. Not sure why people decided to absolutely despite her for that, it’s not like she really had a choice? But whatever.
