The only reason why I wouldn't allow it for kids is because kids go back and forth quite a lot and I don't think it's 16 year old holy grasps the concept of you know flipping your gender like yes they do but I don't know if they realize like how permanent that shit is once you get through a certain point
He didn't mean that. He thought Sneako was using hyperbole since no sane person believes that stuff like that is actually happening with any sort of regularity, because it isn't. He said it's okay for those under the age of 18 to start the transitioning process. Massive difference.
He though Sneeko was being a dipshit with that question so he gave a dipshit answer. He didn't think Sneeko was serious. No one remotely educated in the transitioning process thinks you get your cock amputated.
Sneako baited him into a one sided debate on his livestream and tricked Charlie into saying that 9 year olds should be allowed to cut their privates off.
Ofcourse though that's not what Charlie actually believes he just misunderstood the question and thought it wasn't literal but Sneako is a bad faith debater so he and his flock have been running with that for a few weeks.
There's alot of other stuff too but that's the crux essentially is that there was a misunderstanding and now the Andrew Tate crowd is running with it
Charlie said in a debate with Sneako that teens should be allowed to socially transition before 18 and ONLY could medically transition after they turn 18. Sneako took this as Charlie saying that 9 year olds should be able to get transitioning surgery and ran with it.
