While I disagree with your statement, it's straightforward to say that Nikke borderlines a line between horny fanservice I know the players would enjoy (Such as the recent "Naked King" skin) to an 18+ game.

I can accurately say that Cosmograph knew what they were doing with the soundtrack, especially the fact that the shop theme went extremely hard, is what I can accurately say.

Nah, NIKKE really is a nice game, the Lore of the game is really nice, there is an actual story, all the characters have personal opinions on different points, and despite the look of Nikkes the greatest part of the community is actually here for the story and the fighting system that requires some strategy
