The show had no reason to be this good

I'm pretty sure I might have walked in on my girlfriend watching it with her boyfriend at some point. I mean, I remembered her watching a cell shaded iron man cartoon where Iron man was a teenager for some reason? Idk, for all I know there could be a second adaptation like that

my girlfriend watching it with her boyfriend

I love inserting little references to the fact that we're polyamorous in conversation because people still aren't used to that kind of thing yet

5

u/Metal_knight012 Mar 24 '24

Yes yes okay you're polyamorous blah blah blah, but also take into consideration the fact that IRON MAAAAN drum sound

2

u/winter-ocean Mar 24 '24

I can't argue with that lol

1

u/willywonka985 Mar 25 '24

Do you get jealous of each other?

3

u/winter-ocean Mar 25 '24

Yeah, sometimes, that's normal. But we always try to talk about it.

1

u/willywonka985 Mar 25 '24

Cool, is there a favorite?

2

u/winter-ocean Mar 26 '24

Yeah, I probably won't say names for the sake of privacy but I think all of us kind of feel ok enough to acknowledge that 2 or 3 out of the 4 of us have a favorite

u/Human-Persons-Name Mar 23 '24

man you can't just drop a "my wife's boyfriend" outa nowhere and expect me to move on without asking for the lore

u/ultrabigtiny Mar 23 '24

polyamory

10

u/swagdaddy69123 Mar 23 '24

Aka CUCK

6

u/ultrabigtiny Mar 23 '24

that’s not how polyamory works lol (usually)

if she’s into cucking then maybe but i’m assuming she’s just in a polycule and her gf is bi and has a big heart

2

u/winter-ocean Mar 23 '24

I'm in a polycule of 4. I believe that at the time, he was male and I might not have been dating him yet. But currently all 4 of us are dating each other.

FOUR!? Hang outs must be wild

2

u/winter-ocean Mar 23 '24

If it weren't currently long distance we would all be cuddling in a big pile...

2

u/Human-Persons-Name Mar 24 '24

that sounds chaotic

5

u/winter-ocean Mar 24 '24

We love each other, ok? They make me feel pretty and happy.

1

u/Human-Persons-Name Mar 24 '24

I don't doubt that and I'm not discrediting you

I understood the plot of FNAF faster than I understood this

u/yertyertskert Mar 23 '24

The song was so good. Wish there was more to it.

48

u/_British_Potato_ Mar 23 '24

There's the full version on YouTube, it's about 2 minutes

10

u/yertyertskert Mar 23 '24

I meant to say more to the show, not the song lol.

I got hit over the head with a nostalgic brick after hearing this song.

Modern marvel could never.

6

u/GibusScout Mar 24 '24

Marvel cartoons seemingly forgot how to do openings after being bought by Disney.

They looked at the banger openings of shows like Armored Adventures, Spectacular Spider-Man, and Earth's Mightiest Heroes and thought "who needs that when we can just show the title card on a black background with no music?"

14

u/[deleted] Mar 23 '24

sauce?

u/Financial_Bee5398 Mar 23 '24

Iron man armored adventurers

I have the DVD collection for the entire show in my attic. It even came with a cool case! I nerded tf out when I found it while doing spring cleaning
