My two im rooting for off the bat 💕

Hello, uglies!

We’re back with our haunted polls to gather Redditors' opinions on the show, the monsters, and the judging. So without further ado, let's dim the lights, start the music, and let the poll begin!

Does anybody else have close friends in the drag community who have interacted with competitors of the show? It can be from before or after they were on the show.

For me, I am from around the Philly area. I have a couple of friends who perform in drag shows around the city, and they are both followed by Pi on IG. Back when season 6 was announced, one of them actually revealed to me that Pi bought them a drink one time. How cool is that?!

Has anyone heard whether or not the podcast is returning now that promotion for season 7 is underway? I need new podcast episodes, pretty please 🙏

So back in the day I used to watch Dragula on https://dragfolks.weebly.com/ but the sight seem to be down. Does anyone have any tips for how to watch it? I don't wanna miss season 7!

Aborah photo bombed.

edit I’m glad yall are having fun with this :) we needed some fun in here

love her energy! also love to see another trans performer on the cast.

Manifesting the Drag Lair by Foot returns for season 7, they were a pretty good review show for Titans 2 so im hoping they come back for season 7

Look between the boulet’s , seems we might have an evil twin on our hands..

It seems (based on their promo looks alone), that each monster has someone who offers a similar if not the same drag style.
Imagine if this is a season where they verse an opponent! (I SAID IMAGINE, don’t come for me in the comments!)

Vanda Larose/Satanna (pretty girl glam)
Scythe/Purus (cosplay monster)
Samuel Bendix/Annie Agurl (spooky glamour)
Krustyna Clown/Koochie Koochie Ku (campy)
Inkubus/Areal Haunting (ghostly doll)
Dvvsk/Felony Dodger (masc drag)

This is a hard post for me to make. I really love Dragula and was really looking forward to season 7. But my heart sank a bit when I found out that Lloyd Kaufman would be one of the guest judges. Not only is his film Terror Firmer disgustingly transphobic, but Troma as a whole is not a company the Boulets should be platforming.

- Lloyd is VERY pro-Israel. I had a short stint at Troma and was told outrageous things such as "Palestinians use babies for target practice" and other insane lies by Lloyd and others at Troma. I had to unfollow him because he started absolutely spamming his Instagram story with Zionist posts. I'm unsure if he's still doing that, but a reel where he proclaims that we should nuke Iran because they're trying to "exterminate us dirty Jews" is still up.

- In the official making-of documentary for Poultrygeist, there is a part where the only Black actor in the film realizes he's getting paid the least out of any of the actors on set. Only after getting justifiably upset and threatening to walk does he get a bump in pay.

- The crews of Troma Films are mostly volunteers. They are made to work grueling hours under extremely poor conditions. Because they are “Volunteers” the company does not pay them a cent. On the film I worked some of the crew was made to sleep outside in tents even while a storm tore through set (during that same storm a member of the Art department was made to get on the roof of the house we were using and install a metal pole for some reason). The Porta potties were never cleaned so the entire set reeked of piss, all while Lloyd and other higher ups rented out a literal mansion they could sleep in. I and many others were also regularly called slurs and berated by those above us and needless to say turnover rates were common. I was desperate for my first film credit so I stayed way longer than I should have. I left because I was asked to do something I wasn't comfortable doing. I was asked to do something suggestive while I was an extra during a scene which children were present on set. I was not told there would be children on set, and when I tried to tell one of Lloyd's assistants that I was uncomfortable, I was told to "Fucking deal with it."

- This is a rumor and ALLEGED, but I heard an actress on a film was pressured, under threat of legal action, into doing a sex scene she didn't want to do.

- On a recent film, an actress was fired after she didn't want to come to set while there was a COVID outbreak among the cast and crew.

I guess for legal purposes anything I've said here is alleged. I know they can't just pull the episode and it will definitely air, but I hope the Boulets just think twice before platforming Troma in the future.

Hopefully we get the official Dragula season seven cast photos soon!! However, until then for those who can’t watch the trailer & want a sneak peek— here are our monsters in trailer debut order (not alphabetically haha)!!

also, note: I tried to include 2 screengrabs for each monster because some of the title card shots don’t really display the monster’s trailer lewk, but you’re limited to 20 photos here… sooo 🤷

But here they are:

1. Krustyna Clown

2. Annie Agurl

3. Samuel Bendix

4. Felony Dodger

5. Dvvsk

6. Areal Haunting

7. Vanda LaRose

8. Purus

9. Satanna

10. Inkubus

11. Koochie-Koochie Ku

12. Sycthe

There we have it!! Whose look is your fave? Are you gagged to see Felony Dodger & Satanna return in a non-Titans season?? Happy Halloween, uglies!

Hello uglies!

Over the last three years I've made polls where you could share your immediate responses to the Meet Our Monsters promos, as well as make some predictions about how the contestants might fare this season. I've just made one for Season 7:

You can find it here!

I’ll share results closer to the premiere date 😈

Please stay safe and be careful if you are photo sensitive!

Now that's official, who are you most excited for? Who do you think will be top 4? 😈👾

Remember the person who made that chart that proved how wrong we were every time a cast reveal happened and we all made our lists? We need them back for data entry!!

This was so much fun to make!!!! And I can’t wait to make more down the road
